Investigators suspect arson in an early Friday morning fire in Guyana that left thirteen homeless at Grove Public Road, East Bank of Demerara.
The fire department dispatched water tenders from two fire stations after receiving an alert at about 2:34 am concerning the blaze in a two-storey wooden and concrete building.
Four families occupied the structure that the fire destroyed.
