One of Saint Lucia’s premier resorts, Jade Mountain, has once again retained the prestigious AAA Five Diamond Rating for 2025, placing it among the very best vacation destinations in the world. Only 12 properties across the Caribbean received the honour this year.
The AAA Diamond Program is one of the most respected hotel and restaurant rating systems internationally. Properties are evaluated anonymously and held to rigorous standards of hospitality, cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience. The Five Diamond designation is the highest possible rating, awarded to fewer than half a per cent of the 27,000 hotels and resorts assessed annually. Properties in this category are considered world-class, offering an exceptional level of luxury, sophistication, and attention to detail.
For owner and executive director Karolin Troubetzkoy, the recognition belongs to the team behind Jade Mountain and to the guests who continue to choose it.
“This award belongs to our incredible team, to the vision behind the resort, and to the many guests who trust us with their most meaningful travel experiences.”

With its continued recognition, Jade Mountain not only reinforces its standing as one of the Caribbean’s finest resorts but also highlights Saint Lucia’s place on the map as a world-class destination.

Congrats to the owners and steak holders…… this has not bolster St Lucia as a destination it more so bolster the hotels repertoire as a five star property. I am still hoping to be alive to see when these high end properties perched on top of our treasured national heritage with a vested interest contribute to the development of the community in which they border of which the workers are of servitude. Their monies hardly trickle down the hill and circulate amongst Soufrierans, only crumbs if even choose to give them that. They are doing well, so they should be taxed more or ask to contribute to a tourism enhancement fund (or both), all of them should contribute to this where the funds would be used to enhance the quality of life of the citizens in the local communities…… you can’t brag about a five star status and beyond your walls are blatant levels of poverty. They don’t want to contribute to an enhancement fund well adopt something and place your name behind it…..a school, your local first responders facilities, a stretch of road, the library, we will accept a styrofoam bus shelter but dam it give something back it’s our tourism you have enriched yourself from, those who are in charge of their PR should understand (or they do) the significance of such endeavors as it pertains to good community relations business practices favorite abilities and developments. We are truly children of the Himalayas and our politicians and enemies of the state knows this, so they will never demand more for our tourism.
