London, England, 5 October 2015. Ladera resort announces its newest addition which en-hances their guests’ holidays and special occasions by providing them with “selfie” sticks. Then, to help them take as many pictures as they’d like without worrying about battery life, Ladera supplies nifty power banks too!
One million selfies are taken each day. Overall 50% of men and 52% of women have taken selfies, so it’s no wonder why Ladera has taken this “photographic” step to remind their guests and online viewers of the romantic resort which boasts exclusive and unique breath-taking views; being the only resort nestled between and overseeing St Lucia’s majestic Pi-tons.
Power bars are handy little portable chargers which keeps smartphones and tablets charged without needing electricity. One major perk of this new addition is guests can simply swap their chargers for a recharged one at any time so they don’t need to go to their villas or look for electrical points when their cell phone and tablet batteries need charging. A flashlight also features in the power banks. Implementation of selfies and power banks begins at Lad-era’s most luxurious villas Paradise Ridge, and continues throughout the resort.
Olivier Bottois, VP Operations said, “nestled right between the Pitons on the Unesco World Heritage site, Ladera is the perfect venue for selfie fans “in residence” who want to share their special experience with friends and family on Instagram, Facebook and other social medias!”
West Indies Twenty20 and St Lucia’s Zouks Captain Darren Sammy launched Ladera’s selfies at Ladera; a selfie was given to Mr Sammy and wife Cathy as an anniversary gift during their recent stay at Ladera.
