Two people have been brought into the Police Station in connection with the death of 4 year old Millan Jn Baptiste. Police sources have told the Times that the two individuals were brought in today.
However, the sources have stressed that the individuals are merely assisting with investigations at this time.
Millan Jn Baptiste died on October 10, 2015 at Victoria Hospital after having been admitted there on Sunday, according to sources close to the family of the youngster.
According to one relative who spoke to the Times on condition of anonymity, the boy had been in the care of his stepmother and his father at Grand Ravine in Dennery.
The relative said the youngster had been diagnosed with a swelling in his brain and there appeared to be marks of violence about his body, including what seemed to be a bite mark on his chest and bruises on his face and ears.
