Christmas is coming early for dozens of the city’s homeless and vulnerable senior citizens, courtesy of LIME.
Once again, LIME is partnering with Feed the Poor Ministries to provide over 150 persons with lunch comprising of three-course meals prepared by a local chef. The luncheon will be held on Friday (November 27) at the Derek Walcott Square.
LIME Country Manager, Geraldine Pitt and other members of the company’s staff will be there to welcome the guests and assist in serving the meals. They will also spend time socialising with them and go all out to make the event a truly enjoyable occasion.
“We always look forward to assisting the less fortunate and vulnerable citizens among us,” said LIME Country Manager, Geraldine Pitt. “We know that for many of those individuals the basic necessities of life are out of reach. We feel blessed to be able to partner with Feed The Poor Ministries to bring some level of joy into their lives for the Christmas season,” she added.
