Prosecution not ready in Bagatelle murder case

The prosecution was not ready in the Bagatelle homicide case when it came up for a sufficiency hearing today, resulting in an adjournment to April 25, 2016.

”The investigating officer indicated that over the past two weeks he was occupied with certain matters and trials in the high court.” Defense Attorney, Marcus Foster told the Times.

Foster’s sixteen year old female client has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Paul St. Rose, alias “Bams”.

The discovery was made on Thursday, January 28, 2016 about 2:50 a.m.

Foster has expressed the hope that the case will proceed and be dealt with.
