Morne D’or Resident 112 Years Not Out!

The community of Morne D’or, Roseau Valley in the quarter of Anse La Raye celebrates supercentenarian Christina Cetoute.

Cetoute is 112 years old and will be turning 113 in June this year.

A special Mass put together by the Women’s group of SLP was held at the Jacmel RC church to  honor Cetoute as one of the world’s oldest living women.

A supercentenarian is someone who has lived to or passed their 110th birthday.

This age is only achieved by about one in every 1,000 centenarians.
