Teenager charged with aiding and abetting murder

Teenager, Lennie Nerrius, has been charged with aiding and abetting murder in the death of Herman Joseph, who succumbed to stab wounds on New Year’s day.

Nerrius, who appeared in court today, was arrested on Tuesday of last week.

Herman sustained six stab wounds when he was attacked by a mob on Jeremie Street, his girlfriend Jacky Robert, in whose company he was, reported.

Robert, who was at court today, told reporters that the arrest of Nerrius, who is reported to be nineteen years of age, is an indication that the Police are working on the case.

“All I want is justice for my boyfriend,” she said, adding that she will continue to monitor the case.

Robert asserted that others who were involved in the attack on her boyfriend are still at large.

She expressed the hope that the Police are able to arrest them.

Melissa Joseph has already been charged with causing the death of Herman.
