Last weekend there was excitement all over St Lucia as the country welcomed the new Flow following the unveiling of the new brand which was done in grand style.
The celebration began Thursday, April 14 with an employee brand event, during which the company’s employees celebrated the occasion with a series of staff engagement activities and entertainment that allowed them to experience the new Flow and become fully immersed in the new brand.
The following day (Friday, April 15) Flow held its official press launch at the Almond Morgan Bay Resort, followed by an all-day customer appreciation day event in the heart of Castries.
From the Choc roundabout to the William Peter Boulevard was painted a blazing blue with the brand colours of the new Flow.
Special events were also held at all six of the company’s retail stores islandwide where customers were invited to come in and experience the new FLOW and its products and services, upgrade their service, plus they got the chance to win giveaways and prizes.
Several of them participated in social media campaign dubbed “This is How I FLOW”.
Later, on Friday night Flow held a block party at the Gros Islet Friday night street jam. Locals and visitors alike joined in the party, singing and dancing and going with the flow.
The launch celebration culminated on Saturday April 16, with a round the island motorcade.
The excitement of the event reverberated across the 12 districts in St. Lucia, a fitting ‘HELLO St. Lucia’ welcome as the whole country gears up to ‘go with the Flow.’
It was all done in a carnival-like atmosphere, featuring stilt walkers and dancers, including the Fundamentals Dance Group, with members the pubic joining in and enjoying the fun.
There were lots of prizes and surprises for Flow customers. The Flow team also took the opportunity to enjoy the company of the residents in the various communities and have fun with them.
