Four Mother’s Day babies were delivered at Victoria Hospital – all by cesarean section.
The four included Teyala Louisy, born to Monchy Hairstylist, Tamme Norley, at about 1 a.m. on Mother’s Day.
Both mother and baby are said to be doing well.
“I’m extremely happy that the long journey is over,” a smiling Norley told the Times.
She disclosed that her newborn has been breast feeding for hours.
Already the mother of two other children, a boy and a girl, Norley said the rest of her family is elated at the new birth.
She disclosed however that some members of the family who betted that she would give birth to a girl now have to be paid.
“Some wanted a boy and some wanted a girl,” she recalled with a laugh.
Norley told the Times that she was “lucky” because she wanted a girl.
She asserted that as a Hairstylist, the newborn would provide another head for her to groom.
The little one slept through the entire interview and her first photo shoot.
