Price Change in Petroleum Products

The Public is hereby notified that in keeping with the changes in international oil prices, the retail prices of all petroleum products have been changed with the exception of Kerosene. These changes reflect developments in international oil prices over the past five weeks, May 30th – July 3rd, 2016.

Under the three-week market pass-through system, the reference period (the period during which fuel is imported into St Lucia) is three weeks. However, as there was a 2-week delay in implementing the previous price change due to the elections, the reference period was extended by an additional two weeks to account for the delay.

Do you guys really believe that Allen Chastanet can decrease gasoline prices when the world market for that commodity has increased. Give him some time when oil prices decrease, then give him hell if he does not bring down the price.

Where is the first price change which was signed that saw the price of gas go down for St. Lucians. (AS PER ALLEN CHASTANET) Allen wants a chance? – Go to a casino. This is our livelihoods being tampered with. Let’s see what comes next. Whats sweet in monkey mouth…….hmmm.
