Pedestrian hit by car at Gros Islet

A pedestrian was taken to hospital via ambulance this evening after being hit by a motor car near the Gros Islet Fire Station, it is reported.

According to information obtained by the Times, the incident occurred at about 8:20 pm.

It is reported that a male individual in his forties was crossing the road when he was hit by a vehicle heading towards Castries.

An ambulance from the Gros Islet Fire Station responded.
