Courts to Donate a Minimum of $7000 to the Sure Start Preschool

The Caribbean’s leading retailer of the most comfortable and affordable “Bedding” products; Courts, has announced that a percentage of the company’s sales in the Bedding category will go towards the Sure Start preschool.

This announcement was made at a short press conference held at Courts Marisule on Tuesday September 6th 2016 by the company’s OECS Commercial Director for Furniture, Mrs Lorraine Sidonie.

The Sure Start Pre School was the institution selected by the Cerebral Palsy association for their implementation of regular monthly Neuromovement techniques, which is a specialized service for the school year, September 2016 to June 2017. This method provides conditions that give the brain the ability to perceive differences in all dimensions, giving it the information it needs to map the body and evolve a person’s ability to think, feel and move….thereby increasing opportunities for continuous development and learning.

Courts, after being approached by the Cerebral Palsy Association to support this worthy venture, decided to incorporate an aspect of customer sales of bedding products for the month of September as a means of involvement by the wider public. The company, through their recently launched “Sleeeeepy Days Ahead” campaign, has committed to donating $20 of any Bedding product for this cause. From now until the end of September, customers will be partners in this worthwhile initiative as Courts continues on our quest to make a significant donation to the Sure Start Pre School. A minimum donation of $7000 has been guaranteed by Courts to be donated to the school. The official handover ceremony will be held at the end of the promotion where the actual value of the donation and contributions by Courts customers will be revealed.

Courts St. Lucia, The Cerebral Palsy Association and the Sure Start Pre School wish to extend sincere gratitude to our valued customers for the support of this initiative.
