(VIDEO BELOW) A driver appeared to have escaped serious injury after the vehicle he was driving overturned on the Castries Gros Islet Highway.
The incident occurred shortly after 4:00 p.m. in the Castries bound lane of the highway, partially blocking traffic heading to the capital.
The vehicle overturned opposite Peter and Company.
Information obtained by the Times indicates that the steering rack of the Nissan Frontier Navara, registration number 6970 broke.
The vehicle hit the concrete median, dislodging a portion of it.
The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle at the time of the collision.
The shaken motorist sat on a nearby step while police conducted their investigation.
