Fidel Castro. This man, the legend of the Caribbean and the world has made his contributions to the peoples of the world. In the dark days of oppression against the marginalized people in various parts of the world by the imperial Yankee and European regimes Fidel stood up with men like Che to resist the racist regimes that engulfed the oppressed. He stood firm like the rock of Gibraltar and repelled the enemies of freedom for the oppressed. He escaped from the hands of the assinsn and the invaders of fair Cuba. All his utterances were in keeping with his vision for freedom for the peoples he served. Fidel has done his job well and has passed the baton to the next generation to continue the struggle for freedom all over the world. Long live revolution.
