Flow celebrates Mission Day

Press Release:-The children at Victoria Hospital will soon have a brand new large screen TV and access to free cable TV service for one year, along with toys other gifts, thanks to Flow.  

The toys are being provided by the company’s employees.

Flow made the announcement at its Mission Day celebration which was held on Wednesday at Flow’s office compound in Corinth.

All the company’s employees came together to celebrate Flow’s mission and values, among them ‘Connecting Communities, Transforming Lives.”

“Our company, including our employees care deeply about the communities where we live and serve. A core element of our Mission Day is giving back to local communities and doing so in ways that help to transform people’s lives for the better,” said Flow St. Lucia Country Manager, Geraldine Pitt.  

For the last 2 years Flow employee around the caribbean celebrate Mission Day.

They use the occasion to give back to local communities and to refocus on the company’s core values, namely “being the best we can be, respecting and trusting each other, working as one team and serving our customers with passion.”

Together they discuss what those values mean to them and how they can grow better and stronger as a team and work with greater efficiency and dedication to deliver a satisfying customer experiences.

“Our mission and values serve as a rallying point and represent who we are, what we stand for, and how we want others to see and know us.  They represent what we aspire to and how we do business. Mission Day allows us to refocus our efforts on how we treat each other and our customers.

“Our goal is to continuously build a corporate culture where employees, who are the most important asset to our organization, support the company’s vision and values and become our biggest brand advocates. They are encouraged to own their careers, learn new skills and take advantage of every possible opportunity for professional growth and development,” said Ms Pitt.

Meanwhile Flow continues to fine tune its internal and external processes to further improve its service quality and develop an even more dynamic and comprehensive portfolio of services so that it can deliver a superior and satisfying experience to its customers
