 The Genocide, Ethnocide and Cultural Genocide of the Indigenous Peoples concerned;

 Slavery and Slave Trade of the Indigenous Peoples concerned;

 Dispossession of the Indigenous Peoples concerned of their lands, territories and resources and resulting poverty;

 Forceful indoctrination of Indigenous Peoples without their free prior and informed consent;

 Marginalization and racial profiling of the Indigenous Peoples concerned;

 The dehumanizing of the Indigenous Peoples concerned as discoverables; and

 Forced assimilation of the Indigenous Peoples concerned.
