Man stabbed to death by girlfriend

A man was reportedly stabbed to death this evening by his girlfriend.

The incident took place at Grande Riviere, Corinth.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear.

However, well placed sources told the Times that a woman is currently in Police custody.

The stabbing death took place hours after two men,  identified as Gillan Charles, 37 and Dequan Joseph, 16, were shot dead at Jacmel and a third was seriously wounded and rushed to hospital.

A law enforcement official told the Times that the third victim, identified as Kyle Richard, has since succumbed to his wounds.

Earlier today in a separate incident, police are reported to have shot dead a man at Marigot, while Shermia Clercin, 28, of Arundel Hill who was shot multiple times last week, succumbed at about 4:am Sunday morning.

It is believed that Clercin was shot in a case of mistaken identity.

A source who spoke to the Times on condition of anonymity dubbed today ‘Black Sunday‘.

Funny or not, it happened. Someone not only died, but was killed. And though we may all believe that it shouldn’t be so, reality has deemed it otherwise. Let’s focus on the way forward

Evil Chastanet, has onced again manifested his diabolical path in the lives of the youths of our precious island through a lives being sucked of them
Why? Just for political power! Dressing as a Priest with his fat self on stage, was just the beginning of something more sinister to come. And here we are!
Until he resigns, returns to Martinique (where he is from,) this is going to be our new reality and At. Lucia.

yes he should be blamed as he was the Prime minister for 15 years .roll back the years and see check the age ranges of these guys and you will see. did he create the environment.where these guys could be educated and get trained in a skill so they can be employable , building secondary schools where academics alone is taught was a mistake these schools should be technical colleges for these youth to learn life long skills
    think of it

SAD BUT TRUE and others who think alike listen carefully:
Those who get killed and stabbed by guns and knives if we all recalled have not been sons, daughters or even close cousins or nephew or nieces of any politicians. Secondly, all of the bloodshed has been happening in similar communities. None from Cap Estate, Rodney Heights, Mascarre, Rodney Bay, etc. To go further none has been white folks, almost none has been Indians. None has been regular or active church goers. Now tell me why would you want to blame politicians and not parents. Their AKA names alone spells trouble.

It’s for this reason when I’m at my home and certain religious individuals comes knocking I’m quick to let them know that I don’t need anyone to preach salvation to me. I’m educated enough to read and understand the bible plus I have already choose my church of choice and that they should be going to the ghettos. This we know they are not doing. Why. Because the ones in the ghettos will not be able to contribute money to their churches. I REST MY CASE. NOW OVER TO YOU SAD BUT TRUE.

Melbourne, Australia. There is a lot of truth in what you are saying. Yes, religious peachers should work on then, these anti social groups. It is getting worse day after day. Probably, many believe literally in the bible: Do whatever you want to do , even it is bad and criminal act, Jesus has died on the cross for your sins. May be, that’s why they do not worry.
