I demand Evil Chastanet step down immediately!
I demand he be Expelled out of our Island, back to his homeland, Martinique.
I demand his surrogates be taken to the public square and flogged, for allowing Evil Chastanet destroy our youth with Evil (well he is Evil.)
All for Governance, DSH and Butch Stewart, having his way in this island.
You who voted for Evil Chastanet, are now paying the price.

Chastanet really turns you on. It must be an out of this world euphoric experience for you, every time you mention his name. I bet you like his name rolling off your tongue.
Or you must be getting some sort of pleasure whenever you type his name.

His pics probably plastered all over your walls. Don’t forget to take one down and ask him for his autograph

SBT, clearly you crave the attention. I too, was not breast-fed as a child nor looked at the colour of my urine and all those other things the government therapists asked me about after my childhood political outbursts.

In your undeniably unprecedented tremendousness, you are obviously keenly aware (or not) of the legal definitions of the terms cyberbullying, libel and slander.

Next year I hope to successfully complete 3rd Form. I look to you for my inspiration and want to be a great human being just like you.

Back to reality, my Sad-Cupcake. The point of the article is that a person was shot and killed. It is a tragedy. It was preventable. The souls of family and friends have been ripped apart and will remain so for decades if not life. This is not a matter of who is PM. This is not a matter of political parties. Rather, this is a matter of all of us coming together, including you, Sad-Cupcake, to work concretely to helping prevent such useless loss of life.

      January 9, 2017 at 4:04 pm

Oh my. When are we going to realize that this has nothing to do with politics. Its us as individuals who have no love in our hearts for each other. I want to put a question to you. What is it that you would like to see chastnet do? He is non of these fictional action figures who can stop crime before it happens or youll fictional jesus who knows everyones minds and hearts. Its up to us to begin loving everyone( each other) and respecting life. Know that God lives within us and we are to live as gods to one another. No matter how many laws are put in place. How many curfues are placed on us as a nation these people will still find ways to kill each other. The only solution is education. ( knowledge) we need to know where we came from and what we are about as a people and believe me no one can do it for us but our selves. We owe it to ourselves to educate ourselves. We owe it to ours to find ourselves back to our roots. Stop this hostility which has been taught to us under colonial rule. When something like this happens where we have six people being killed in less than twenty four hours we cans sit on our laurels and point fingers at a government. That simply means that we are nothing less than sheep. We have to be guided. What happen to our very own intellect. Well guess what if we can follow what have been taught to us as being the truth in church for years and years. Then we can sit there and blame people for our actions. We as a people have been made to believe things that are non existance hence we suffer from a form or mental illness. And i strongly believe that if one can blame another for something he has no control of you to are mentally ill my friend.
Lets see you being the prime minister for a month and stop this wave of crimes in its entirety. I would rather see us coming or trying to come up with solutions rather than chastizing a man who has no super powers, who cant control how others think.
Lets think for a while before we speak.

Continue to allow such blatantly hateful and ignorant commentary but persons such as Sad-But-True to be published and:
*** Expect your readership amongst an intelligent demographic to drop.
*** Expect to see readership decrease as your rep rapidly becomes that of a gossip rag that will publish anything an d anyone for readership.
*** Expect your advertising revenue from both postings and click-throughs to decline as fewer readers explore your site as you become increasingly viewed as only deserving, and catering to, a lower-tier swamp-dweller consumer of tabloid trash.
*** You run a business. You have, or perhaps had cred. Nw, that is increasingly debatable.

I hate when people blame the devil for their wicked and murderous acts. Don’t try to exculpate yourself or others who have committed the most heinous crimes by blaming it on the devil. If you did the crime, you and you alone should be held accountable. Stop the devil blaming! It’s a myriad of reasons for this “anarchy”. This animalistic behavior stems mainly from a lack of discipline in the home. When the home is dysfunctional, society becomes dysfunctional. Check the background and the homes of these criminals and prove me wrong.

Melbourne, Australia. It seems that there are too many murders in St Lucia Island and the Caribbean. Most are gun-related. I think proper gun control will reduce the number of murders. Of course, just one murder is too many. As a comparison, my native island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean has stict gun control and ownership, the nunber of murders is about 30 to 40 times less than Trinidad & Tobago (TT). Mauritius and TT have nearly same population and same size. In TT, gun control and ownership is not strict at all. Politicians must take their responsabilities.

It is sad that some of the self righteous among us are so quick to blame parents when many are the children who have turned into their own ways through no fault of parents. Stop your religious (Word deleted)! Think before you crucify parents all the time. This nonesense about train up a child is pure crap! Children have minds of their own and when they are determined to stray, they will. We seem to only see one side of the coin because it makes us feel better to take the narrow view that it is the parents at fault when a child goes wrong. Now since some of us are psychologists in our own rights why don’t we fix the problems? It takes a village to raise a child and it is through our own selfishness that our youth go astray. We are weaned on a culture of everyman gor himself and the me mine and I attitude is now manifesting in the worst possible way. Everybody wants to think they have the best children and they are the best disciplinarians until the problem hits closer to home. Moreover it is sad that we live in so called civilized society yet we ascribe so readily to vigilante justice. Quit calling for the extermination of our youth….Quit condoning murder in any form. Nobody had a right to kill anyone. Instead of pointing fingers and condemning each other, instead of recommending the stance that Duarte of the Phillipines has adopted, work together, help one another and live in love with each other. Saint Lucia is too small a country for such ignorance, selfishness and barbarism to exist. The sorrow of one parent today could very well be another’s tomorrow. Stop taking the role of judge, jury and executioner because none of us are immune to the evil that permeates our society. We all are each other’s keepers. The Phillipines President will get his just desserts because he is a criminal and no crime goes unpunished.
