Barbados: Cleric blasts Politicians and Priests

Barbados Nation:-POLITICIANS AND PRIESTS came under heavy criticism from a visiting Zimbabwean cleric during the Anglican Diocese of Barbados Annual Diocesan Service held at Kensington Oval yesterday.

Reverend Dr James Tengatenga said the gross domestic product of some countries was not what it should be, not because they could not produce enough, but because some politicians and business people were selfish and inconsiderate.

“If they do not get that kickback and bribes, nothing works,” he said. Addressing judicial systems, Tengatenga said some courts behaved in such a way that it left people wondering if there was any justice. –

Not sure what the situation is in Barbados but the Anglican Church seems to be a dying faith in Saint Lucia. Have you visited the Holy Trinity Anglican Church recently to see the age of the congregation?

The Reverend makes a valid point. The situation is the same in Saint lucia.

Everything is dying in Saint Lucia, not just the Anglican faith. I’d say Saint Lucians this is an indication that Saint Lucians have lost faith in every institution.

    Do the research.
