Wow, St Lucia is on its way to a new record for homicides in 2017! How can this type of crime be reduced on the island? People don’t value each other’s lives because arguments and disagreements escalate into physical violence and murder far too quickly.

So tell me something. When you kill the mother of your children what type of life you expect these children to have? It is becoming so normal for people to feel they can physically injure someone because they angry. The woman is not a piece of meat nor is she a part of your property that you can do as you please with.

If we get rid of the murderers there will be no more murder. Start hanging them one by one.

Mister a Prime Minister! With all due respect, the crime situation has reached epic proportion and it cannot go on like this anymore. We the people of this fair Helen, are humbly requesting that you find a solution to this cancer right away! This evil cannot continue to manifest itself in this once peace loving country. Our citizenry both here and abroad are appealing to you and your cabinet ( on both sides) to address this epidemic. Something has gone fondermentally wrong with our ppl and their methods of solving conflict and it has nothing to do with Satan or juju. In my humble opinion, our leaders has become too complacent and those who have the mandate to make the changes and speak on our behalf are still playing politics and unfortunately are still in champagne mode. Elections are over!! We need to stop the mapreezaying, stop the name calling, stop going in reverse digging up the past. We are aware of what has happened in the past! We don’t need to be reminded of it. Instead, let us come together and find a solution to this shameful mess that we have found ourselves in. The name of this little piece of land is called Saint Lucia , on its own, it is serene, peaceful, perfect. It is unfortunate that the essence of this nation (its people) has become spoiled with the follow fashion attitude, our young men and women have become loves of pleasure and the things of the world. They Find heroism in celebrities and sad to say they see no one of interest in this paradise to emulate. Mr. Prime Minister! The ball is in your court, find a way to clean up this mess before going outside to invite investors be they business men/women or tourists. Sir, The clock is ticking and we are running out of time.

The PM have no power it’s our police judges lawyers our legal system on the whole. The crime makes the lawyers rich and it’s has not reach their door steps it’s the insignificant so they not moving a muscle. All they good for is to put all their energy to represent the accused for wealth and go after mortgages of persons who lost their jobs and fall on bad times. God is good and in charge time will tell.

Hanging should be set in place for those who kill willfully. Human rights needs to stop the foolishness they are doing, I’m sure if someone very close to them was killed they probably would be the frst to say the person deserves to die. So human rights stop your foolish talk and let justice come to those who died innocently. I think St Lucians need to take a stand against human rights so that hanging comes to those who deserve it.
