Two charged with non-capital murder

Two men have been charged with non-capital murder in connection with separate  recent homicides.

According to law enforcement officials, Peter Donovan was charged in connection with the March 5, 2017 stabbing death of  31 year old Sophia Edwards.

The incident occurred at Ciceron.

Raymond Popo was charged in connection with the death of 49 year old  Morne Panache, Dennery, resident, Clayton Justin.

Justin is reported to have received a slash wound to the neck at around 1.00 pm on March 3, 2017, during a physical altercation at a bar and was pronounced dead on the scene shortly afterwards by a medical examiner.

Donovan and Popo are both expected to make their first court appearance on Friday, March 10, 2017.

    What is the difference between capital murder, non-capital, first degree, second degree, and manslaughter? Any lawyers/liars out there?

    With the two guys fighting..that doesn’t call for capital murder.. with the guy stabbing the girl.this indeed should be capital murder and should deserve capital punishment
