Rodney Bay Village, SAINT LUCIA (6 April 2017) Coco Palm entertained Saint Lucian corporate partners in appreciation for their support over the last twelve years at the newly expanded Ti Bananne Caribbean Bistro & Bar on April 5th, 2017.
Managing Director, Feolla Chastanet, thanked the preferred business partners for entrusting Coco Palm with their valued clients when on business in Saint Lucia. Chastanet noted “Our corporate clients have become an integral part of our business. To keep up with the demand, we now have five conference rooms and our Food & Beverage department has undergone a $3 million-dollar investment to keep up with the demand”.
Chairman Michael Chastanet was also given a special note of thanks on the night for his tenacity in helping Ti Bananne undergo the extensive expansion to comply with the today’s health and safety standards. Chef Richardson describing him as “the best Chairman one can ask for given his depth and wealth of contacts and knowledge of doing business in Saint Lucia.”

Two key changes are our new air conditioned dining room offering guests the comfort to dine in business attire while the expanded buffet area expedites the service in a timely manner which is key when working on a tight schedule” said Chef Richardson.
