Police update on homicide at Goodlands, Castries

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a thirty nine (39) year old resident of Goodlands, Castries, namely Cletus Edward.

Officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department (C.I.D) received a report reference to a stabbing at Goodlands, about 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, 2017. Cletus Edward allegedly received two stab wounds during a physical altercation at his residence.

He was conveyed to the Victoria Hospital via ambulance where he was pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.

A post mortem is to be scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, April 11, 2017. An individual is in custody assisting the police with investigations in this matter.

This is the twentieth homicide for the year 2017.

    So in all those relationships so far where men have killed their wife or woman killing thier husband. They all live behind kids, those people don’t think before they act. What happens to those kids being raised without parents and having a story to tell thier parentskilled each other and the other is in jail living life sentence. But yet still no hanging bodelaise is over packed and all they want to do is put out the criminals. Hmmmm this country is unsafe.
