I have said repeatedly that the time the PM shows energy and interest is in Tourism related issues. Has he uttered a word about the 21 murders for the year? Has he publicly offered a word of comfort to the grieving families? He is only vociferous and adamant about investments concerning tourism. Is this trip funded by taxpayers? Is the Minister of Tourism incompetent? Why not allow Mr. Fedee to attend by himself since the issues to be discussed at this conference fall under his purview? This is a woeful waste of taxpayers money as the PM has to interject himself unnecessarily so into this meeting. The scarce taxpayers’ money should be used frugally not lavishly. This is my sincere opinion.

Though you have some good questions pertaining to his trip, but I must correct you on the fact that he has on a few occasions offered words of condolences to grieving families.
