Acting Cabinet Secretary denies claims of termination

Philip Dalsou has refuted reports that he’s been fired as Acting Cabinet Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister announcing that he was moving to become Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Development.

At the weekly pre-cabinet press briefing Monday, Mr. Dalsou said the information which came across on social media, claiming that he was fired, was false.

“I just want to indicate very clearly that all of what was stated in there was false and absolutely there’s no truth to any of what was actually stated in those reports in social media” he said.

Mr. Dalsou said he’s had a good time acting as Cabinet Secretary and enjoyed a warm relationship with all the ministers.

However he revealed that Prime Minister Chastanet wanted him moved to the Ministry of Economic Development; an area, Dalsou said, was his old strength being a trained economist.

“It’s an area that I believe I will enjoy and an area I’m looking forward to working with the minister.”

Dalsou previously acted for one year as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance.

He is set to take up his new post on June 1st, 2017.

YEAH RIGHT! So nothing is true but you are indeed being moved…sure Dalsou. Like you would ever be allowed to say the truth as to why you are being taken out from the lead job to go back to be PS. So the question remains, who will now be Cab Sec?

The Minister of Economic Development, himself not knowing a fart about Economics needs help. Also a former PS and Director at SLASPA becomes Cab Sec. No secrets in this government.

The depth to which SLP hacks will descend to create mischief is unbelievable. Propaganda, lies and deceit are their now tools. The elections are over but they and their party are in denial and believe in their post election strategy and campaign.

That just exposes that their love for their own country is a firm third place. Anthony first ( not even Philip Pierre) SLP second and St. Lucia third. They will prefer to destroy St. Lucia than see the legitimate government govern.
