Why hasn’t the government noticed that Wasco is incapable of providing water on a daily basis to the population of StLucia. I thunk the population is tired if hearing no water here today, interruption there tomorrow, why hasn’t the government seen it fit to bring in a company capable of that task of providing water to the citizens regularly. They are putting money into all unnecessary things and not into water which is life. No one wants to come to a place where they cannot get water regularly. Or is it certain ares that are deprived of water. St.Vincent which is smaller that us with just as many in population as us never miss water. may be we should borrow a page from them. Mr. Prime Minister, i do not know if you consider this a priority, but it really is.
