T&T: Catholic Priest robbed while praying in Church

T&T: A Roman Catholic priest was robbed at gunpoint as he prayed inside his church in Trinidad, according to local media reports.

Father Clyde Harvey, 52, was praying inside the chapel at Holy Rosary/St. Martin’s in Port of Spain when he was attacked by two men brandishing firearms, according to the Trinidad Express.

The incident reportedly  occurred around 6am Monday.

Trinidad police have confirmed the incident but have not provided further details.

It’s unclear whether the priest was injured.

Harvey served previously as chaplain at the University of the West Indies and parish priest in Laventille/Morvant, Maloney Gardens, San Fernando.

He is said to be actively involved in social and community programmes and has been working with youths to rid criminal activity in the country.

What’s new? A similar thing happened in Saint Lucia when Sister Rufina of St. Joseph’s Convent was robbed whilst she prayed in the chapel. Criminals have no respect for anybody.

“All part of gods plan”…. some would say.
Rather the true “father” has asked HIS children to, “Get out of her my people if you do not wish to share in her destruction!” Because “She has fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen, and she has become a dwelling place of demons and a place where every unclean spirit and every unclean and hated bird lurks! “For her sins have massed together clear up to heaven, and God has called her acts of injustice to mind. Repay her in the way she treated others, yes, pay her back double for the things she has done; in the cup she has mixed, mix a double portion for her. To the extent that she glorified herself and lived in shameless luxury”
    Revelation 18:2-7
The Bible explains the condition of the Catholic Church better than I ever could.
