Chastanet issues travel caution to Saint Lucians

Prime Minister ,Allen Chastanet, declaring that the world is on edge currently with a number of  unresolved conflicts taking place, has urged Saint Lucian nationals to be cautious when they travel.

Chastanet told reporters during a pre-cabinet interview that there is no real safe haven in the world today.

He said he is very saddened to see what has happened in the United Kingdom.

“Obviously  there seems to be some sort of revenge if you are looking from the outside – a reprisal for what has been taking place,” the PM asserted.

“I think that when you look at the Brexit vote, clearly the Brexit vote showed the conflict and that the UK was concerned with how quickly they were becoming internationalised and they wanted to retain their own boundaries – but unfortunately this is one of the unforeseeable events that takes place when one becomes internationalised,” Chastaned stated.

He said he really hopes that matters would be resolved.

However Chastanet said that unfortunately, things seem to be unstable politically in the United Kingdom since the vote with questions being raised as to whether Prime Minister Theresa May will be able to  stay in office.

He noted that France has a new leadership that gives him and should give everyone else a lot of hope.

“I think the French in a very lone time, have backed one entity,” Chastanet observed.

He expressed the hope that in the coming weeks there could be a resolution to some of the difficulties, but told reporters that where the world is heading right now is a source of concern.

The western world is going through a major reform, the EU is catastrophe and is quickly failing like the USSR. Switzerland is the only country in Europe that is doing economically and politically well as it not part the EU and only has partial dealings with them. Britain wants to be like Switzerland, being free of the EU dictatorial policies that hurt countries and be allowed to pass their own laws that are not overwritten by the EU ones.

Those happenings should be an eye opener to us pointing to the soon coming of Jesus. God is not a man that He should lie. In truth and in fact, God cannot lie. All what’s happening is foretold in the bible. The signs afore the coming of Jesus will be marred with perilous times. Let us therefore give our lives to Jesus, making Him Lord and Personal Saviour of our lives

St. Lucians have nothing to worry about kindergarten drop out! St Lucia has never raised an a finger at any of the warring factions. Don’t wriggle the country between them with your unintelligent comments. Pat attention closer to home and offer an apology to the former PM appearing to not minding seeing him dead.

Really and truly my country people some of them I must say are very very ignorant.
That reminds me of the story of Noah when he warn about the flood. No one took him on.. not even his own sons who believed him and when it came to pass .it was too late
All people can see in saint Lucia is to critisize condemn and complaine . nothing the PM says it’s not right. Anything he tries to do it’s not good. We were not hearing complains from those complainers at all. when the SLP was in power .but now uwp is in government. only complains. Lots of wrong things was happening in lots of the government departments like jazz. Carnival. Big money spending while.. the CEOs the big bosses. They all making themselves Rich over night. Now that the table turned. No more crooked ness.no more deals. That’s why they didn’t want chastenet to form the government .because they know very well he knew what was going on.so he’s making the changes.. They complaining. Labour gooroos.

Very caring thoughts Mr. PM. But whilst you are concerned about the safety of St. Lucians overseas spare a good thought WITH PROPER ACTION for the safety of St. Lucians right here in St. Lucia, on our streets and in our homes.

If it is not crime it is unsolved crime. Murders, rapes, shootings while the police struggling due to a lack of resources and support services to help them investigate crime.

What a silly comment to make, Chas you keep showing your intelligence or more so the lack of it.

This paragraph is utter bollocks….Stop thinking or don’t always say what you think!

As a PM your political opinions on International politics sucks.

““I think that when you look at the Brexit vote, clearly the Brexit vote showed the conflict and that the UK was concerned with how quickly they were becoming internationalised and they wanted to retain their own boundaries – but unfortunately this is one of the unforeseeable events that takes place when one becomes internationalised,” Chastaned stated.”
