PM says he is in ‘good health’, did not collapse at UN

Prime Minister, Allen Chastanet, has refuted a ‘fake news’ article which has been circulating on social media regarding his health.

“I wish to assure Saint Lucians that this article is completely fabricated and I am in good health and at no time collapsed during my attendance at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA),” Chastanet said in a statement.

He disclosed that following his address to the UNGA-72 on Friday afternoon, he attended several meetings at the UN and subsequently left for Canada where he will be attending meetings with the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), to address the issue of correspondence banking and derisking.

The Prime Minister stated that he will also be  meeting with investors.

“I encourage Saint Lucians to please use reputable news sources for information and be aware and vigilant in not sharing news hoaxes or false information from prank websites,” Chastanet said.

I hate real fake news, unlike the type that Trump and his deplorables call fake. People need to get a bloody life.

How are we to live fruitful and productive lives when almost everything on this planet seemingly has gone awry. In this world, natural disasters are aplenty, morals and virtues are uncommon, fake news abound, murders prolific, threats of imminent nuclear warfare, and decadence pervasive. The world is troubled and only the herculean efforts of every decent person by playing a positive role can change this trajectory.

To those who wishes for another’s death I say, while you’re wishing for the PM death, be aware that yours may just infact be next. Be careful what you wish for. ….God bless you Mr PM, GOD bless st. lucia

Let common sense prevail. Those who are wishing for the death of the PM be careful that yours is not walking under your feet with you. It’s no joke. Politics has corrupted this nation and people are demonstrating their ungodliness.
