Saint Lucian held in Martinique for attempted robbery

A Castries born man has been arrested in Martinique for attempted robbery, according to local media reports.

He was arrested on Sunday around 10 pm.

According to Martinique 1ere, the unnamed 24 year old was held while trying to rob the same service station at Lamentin which he had previously targetted less than 48 hours earlier.

The man was spotted by the Manager of the service station who summoned the police after the intruder was subdued by a security officer with the help of a prison officer.

He is suspected of having also targeted two shops and a fast food restaurant.

According to reports, investigators have questions about the man’s mental health.

    WHAT ABOUT THE ONE ARRESTED IN FLORIDA FOR A STRING OF CHARGES INCLUDING ARMED COCAINE TRAFFICKING? IS IT BECAUSE HE IS SON OF THE CURRENT HIGH COMMISSION TO LONDON THAT THIS HAS NOT BEEN REPORTED?.
