PRESS RELEASE: Castries, St. Lucia, April 26, 2018- Axcel Finance is engaging an enhanced community outreach through a series of roadshows across the country.
Over the past months Axcel Finance has been engaged in a series of Financial Literacy and Money Management workshops- targeting schools, at risk youth and commercial entities.
The leading Financial Institution says that apart from taking its products and services to these institutions it is also taking its goodwill and corporate generosity to the general public including to the elderly.
“We are excited that we were able to attract everyday people conducting their regular business in the city. People were genuinely interested in learning about our products and services including our Financial Literacy Programme. The positive feedback is encouragement that we should continue to expand our community outreach initiatives,” explains Axcel Finance Country Manager, Kerryl Antoine.
All levels of Axcel Finance staff were involved in the fun activity. Axcel also used the roadshow as an opportunity to remind people that the company was initiated after identifying that there was an entire part of the population that was underserved by traditional financial institutions.
“We at Axcel Finance are looking to a holistic approach to our community outreach and development. We are aiming to target every corner of the island with our products and services and we are hopefully that we will be well received as we have been in the past. We take pride in knowing that we have been able to assist at least one person in better money management practices,” expresses Axcel Finance Business Development Officer, Mervin Agiste.
The company is also actively engaged in a series Corporate Social Responsibility causes to include Youth, Sports, Education and National Empowerment.
