With culinary becoming an increasingly popular field and career choice especially among young people, we definitely see the longevity in this investment for the next crop of chefs St.Lucia has to offer. “

By focusing on the culinary arts it will give us an opportunity to entice visitors to visit our shores and allow them to share in these masterful creations.   The SLHTA is most grateful for Digicel’s sponsorship as by coming on board and endorsing the aspirations of these young culinary experts it is a clear indication of Digicel’ s commitment to nurturing the extraordinary talents of our youth.  This partnership from Digicel will allow the St Lucia National Culinary Team to reach beyond their wildest dreams and present Saint Lucia’s greatest culinary offerings at an international forum”, Azeez concluded.
