Press Release:-  Bank of Saint Lucia continues to lend critical support to our sister island St. Vincent in the wake of the devastating impacts of the La Soufriere volcanic eruptions.

The Bank mobilized significant financial contributions to the OECS Stronger Together programme, and the St Vincent and the Grenadines National Insurance Services support of the mobilization of relief efforts on the ground.

“Stronger Together” is global initiative led by the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) in collaboration with the Global Coalition for St. Vincent.

The aim of this initiative is to support relief efforts for the many communities negatively impacted by the volcanic activity and to support economic recovery efforts.

Hundreds of cases of much needed water were also donated by the Bank in support of efforts to ensure that clean drinking water is readily available.
