On Thursday of last week the body of another male was recovered from the sea at Praslin.
Residents of the area said the deceased was the Castries male reported missing at sea after a boating mishap involving two men who put out to sea in a canoe.
It was reported that huge waves hit the boat in which the men were travelling, capsizing the vessel.
Both men are said to have started swimming to shore, but only one – a Vieux Fort resident made it.
