Police have launched a probe into the discovery Sunday morning of a body with apparent gunshot wounds at Cacao, Babonneau.
According to a senior law enforcement official, someone reported that the body of the male individual was at the side of the road.
The official said law enforcement received the information about 2.00 am.
As a result, the police say they are trying to identify the victim.
