British Prime Minister Boris Johnson Flew ‘Economy Class’ To Saint Lucia

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and girlfriend Carrie Symonds saved the British taxpayer tens of thousands of pounds by flying economy to their Caribbean New Year break, which included a brief stop over in Saint Lucia, according to UK media reports.

The couple were on their way to Mustique.

The Mail Online says  Johnson flew economy class to St Lucia with his young girlfriend costing £1,300, with the traditional RAF fight costing £100,000.

The British PM recently won a major election victory, amassing  a majority of 80 after crushing  the Labour party.

During his stop in Saint Lucia on Thursday, Johnson and Prime Minister Allen Chastanet met at Hewanorra International Airport and held talks.

““I thanked the PM for his country’s continued support to our country and the region and of course took the opportunity to once again offer my heartiest congratulations on his hard-won and well-deserved victory in the recent election,” Chastanet wrote on his official Facebook page this week.

“We look forward to working more closely together on our countries’ shared mutual interests,” the Saint Lucia PM declared.

The Facebook post was accompanied by a photo of Chastanet, Johnson and the British Airways cabin crew.

    • I see British Trump and Lucian Trump in the photo. They really look alike. Where is US Trump? I would like to see a photo of the three Trumps together. Now British Trump and US Trump have a lot in common with the majority of the British and American populace while Lucian Trump has little in common with the Lucian populace. SMH
