Castries store robbed

A Castries store, Sam’s Shoes, was robbed in the early hours of this morning.

It is reported that the thieves cut a padlock to gain entry into the business establishment, where they stole clothing and shoes.

The store owner declined to comment on the incident.

In recent weeks several business establishments in the capital have been robbed by bandits, prompting the Chamber of Commerce to express its concern over the incidents.
