‘Circle’ Among Two Charged For Illegal Firearm, Ammunition

Lester Eugene, better known as ‘Circle’, was among two individuals police arrested last week for possession of illegal firearms and ammunition.

According to Police Superintendent George Nicholas, on Thursday, October 22, about 11.50 pm, Dennery police conducted searches in the Dennery area during which time Eugene of La Pointe, Dennery and Lencious St Juste of Derniere Riviere, Dennery, were both arrested with unlicenced firearms and ammunition.

Nicholas told reporters at a news conference Monday that bail was set in the sum of $10,000 each for the firearm possession charge and $5,000 each on the charge of illegal possession of ammunition.
