‘Coolie’ Charged In Connection With Three Homicides

Arnold Henry, alias ‘Coolie’ is currently in police custody, on charges in connection with three homicides.

Officers arrested him  on Wednesday, March 3.

They were conducting an operation in Desruisseaux, Micoud.

Police Superintendent George Nicholas on Monday provided details of the charges officers laid on Friday.

They charged Henry with causing the deaths of Ali Jordan, Danny ‘Danny Cat’ Charlemagne and Sellan Francis.

All three were gunned down at Leslie Land, Castries.

Ali Jordan died on October 18, 2020 while both Danny Charlemagne and Sellan Francis succumbed on December 21, 2020.

Superintendent Nicholas said police also charged Arnold Henry for reckless grievous harm.

That’s arising from an incident on October 12, 2020 at Leslie Land.

Investigators are awaiting a bail hearing.

In addition, Nicholas disclosed that police have a  suspect in custody in relation to Sunday night’s homicide.

Prince Raymond succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds about 8.00 pm at Bruceville, Vieux Fort.

The circumstances surrounding his death were not immediately clear.
