Driver Injured In Balata Accident

One person was injured in an accident at Balata, Castries, Tuesday, when a motor car went out of control and overturned.

The driver of the vehicle, which had two other female occupants, was injured and transported to hospital via ambulance, first responders told St Lucia Times.

The two passengers were not hurt, according to reports.

The incident occurred about 12:30 p.m, St Lucia Times was informed.

A steering wheel malfunction is believed to have caused the vehicle to go out of control and overturn.

  3. A vehicle overturn like that and the driver was not speeding…SMH, speeding must be over 100mph for that person, a real [email protected] That car must b paper weight and the 3 occupants too for the wind to overturn it.
