Emergency personnel rushed four people to hospital after two vehicles, a Mitsubishi L 300 and a Suzuki Vitara, collided at Roseau, Tuesday night, it has been reported.
The Saint Lucia Fire Service headquarters in Castries said it responded with a fire truck and two ambulances after receiving a distress call about 8.15 p.m.
On arrival at the scene, emergency responders say they found that five individuals had sustained injuries, three consisting of trauma to the head.
But a fire service official told St Lucia Times that one of the injured individuals, a driver of one of the vehicles, declined transportation by ambulance to hospital.
