  1. Now I expect better from Digicel, the bigger better network. Don’t get like Flow where nothing flows smoothly.

  2. An apology isn’t enough.you need to compensate customers for time lost on their data plan.the problem affects people for days yet the plan is running,so there should be a measure of compensation.
