St. Lucia Times is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing revenue from existing client accounts, while also attracting new business opportunities. You will identify, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across the company’s platforms to meet clients’ goals and your monthly sales targets.
The Role
- Consistently meet/exceed assigned monthly revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients through networking and industry research to expand the client base.
- Deliver effective sales pitches in person, via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
- Conduct client needs analysis to develop targeted marketing solutions and strategies.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create advertising campaigns that meet market demands and client expectations.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, advertising contracts, and other relevant materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, including on-time submission of creative and reporting.
- Log sales activities, maintain account records, and track business opportunities in Mirabel.
- Provide management with regular updates on pipeline, sales progress, and client opportunities.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing solutions.
- Previous experience in the media or digital advertising space (preferred).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language.
