  1. Go away king you are a waste of time how can security guards survive on less than 10 hundred dollars a month as you king is responsible for the hardship of private sector workers in the island Guardsman are exploiting the workforce 4:25 cent working 12 hour shifts as they know that most of the people that they employ are a bit naive what we need is a minimum wage rate to curb the sufferings of private sector workers

    • Pierre trick the fellas by telling them that Secure Saint Lucia will handle all their internal matters and compensate them. He made them dissolve their relations with NWU so that they could no longer be represented. Some workers were aware of his plans and did not dissolve their membership but majority did, as the deal seemed sweet. He now turned things upon them once again seeing that most could now not have a say anymore without representation. Everyone is feeling the pangs at this point and so the Union was approached again.

  2. Mr. Minister your intervention is also needed in the Lucelec grade one staff regarding the tribunal decision, which is pending for over a year now

  3. I only wondering who is more wast than that Freemason Guy to talk so much crap about security guards and others some people does just talk to avoid bad breath and they’re worse than their own smell.

  4. King worst person to intervene…..chooppsss.Heard that he is brother to the managing director of secure st lucia

  5. Working as a security guard in St Lucia is a very dangerous job the hours are long you lose your sleep and you can be killed by criminals for nothing and the wage rate is the lowest in the island sometimes for less than 3 dollars an hour that is a poor hundred job that takes you nowhere in life but I guess that is all to do in St Lucia

    • The people who work as security guards have no choice but its not like they like that type of work as most of them are ashsme of that dirty job which does not pay much they carry an extra shirt in the bagpack to change as soon as they get off work that jib is just a hustle as there is nothing to do in the island
