Police say they have now charged both mother and daughter in connection with a Good Friday incident at Sandy Beach, Vieux Fort.
The incident took place at the Island Breeze Bar & Grill.
Officers had gone there in response to reports of infractions by bars and restaurants.
And a video recording of their visit appeared on social media.
According to law enforcement officials, police charged Cherelle Bouril, on Thursday with obstruction.
When she appeared virtually before the court, Bouril received bail in the sum of $500, police say.
The law enforcement officers had earlier charged her mother, the proprietor of Island Breeze Bar & Grill, Jeanette Daniel-Valmont, with keeping the premises open on Good Friday and failing to affix a licence at the business establishment.
Daniel-Valmont appeared in court on Wednesday and was granted of $2000 on each count, or suitable surety.
And the court adjourned the matter to a later date.
