The mother of deceased stabbing victim Nicholas Justin asserts that her son’s death came as a shock, has plunged the family into mourning, and she is leaving judgment in the homicide to God.
She said she was unaware of the circumstances surrounding her son’s death.
But Pamela Justin disclosed that she had constantly been admonishing Nicholas, also known as ‘Chisel,’ to turn away from alcohol and smoking and change his ways.
And she recalled doing so for the last time on the day that he died.
Pamela told reporters that the deceased was troublesome when he drank alcohol but very calm when not under the influence.

And the mother said he was also a heavy smoker.
She said she last saw him on Friday, when he succumbed to multiple stab wounds after an altercation with another individual on Darling Road, Castries.
According to the Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS), around 3:44 pm emergency personnel from headquarters in Castries responded to a call relating to a physical assault.
Fire Service Communications Officer Stacy Joseph said the patient sustained penetrating wounds to his body and had no vital signs.
According to Joseph, the emergency personnel initiated CPR, treated the wounds, and transported him to the OKEU Hospital, where a medical practitioner pronounced him dead.
