Emergency personnel transported a mother and her six-year-old daughter to the OKEU Hospital after their vehicle overturned near Sandals Halcyon Sunday.

A crew from the Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) headquarters responded about 6:03 pm after receiving a distress call.

An official told St Lucia Times that the 28-year-old mother driving the vehicle sustained injuries to the face while her daughter suffered lacerations above the eye.

They were the only two occupants of the vehicle heading North at the time of the accident.

  1. Not saying this is/was the case here but- big up to all the parents who find it necessary to have newborns,1, 2, 3, 4, 5-year olds at the front seat of cars or standing between the 2 front seats! Good vybz!

  2. There is no demon, just a lot of “drivers” that cannot drive .To add insult to injury they are always on their cell phone.
We may have to look at the Driving schools and the driving inspectors/examiners

  3. Seems there’s a serious “blight” on that patch of road in recent times! That’s the 3rd motor vehicle a restless demon who roams that area has thrown on its top in the past 3-weeks! Lucians, be careful!
