Motorcyclist dies in collision

A 29-year old motorcyclist is dead as a result of a collision with a motor car at Praslin.

The deceased has been identified as 29 year old Marlon Jacob of Mon Repos.

Law enforcement sources told the Times that Jacob was en route to Dennery when he collided with the car which was South bound.

The collision is reported to have occurred near the Freegate area.

According to reports, the accident occurred after midnight.
