A video posted on social media showed one of the victim’s legs twisted at an unusual angle as he lay on the ground.

“Stretch it! Stretch it!” A female voice urges as a male bystander straightens the limb and others are urged not to move the victim in the 16 second recording.

A motorcycle lies on the ground nearby.
